Muži-muži-muži / Mann-er –Männer – Männer
Letošní rok je bohatý na připomínky všeho, co souvisí s nacismem a druhou světovou válkou. Dokonce by se někdy mohlo zdát, že mezi informacemi o všech hrůzách té doby ztrácíme ze zřetele ty, kteří – právě v Německu – byli Hitlerovými odpůrci a velkými demokraty.
Mezi nimi nechyběla řada výrazných uměleckých osobností, bez ohledu na ideovou či uměleckou orientaci. O to zajímavější jsou osudy těch,kteří se přes hranice stylů a žánrů dokázali umělecky sejít.⚖️
📚To j byl i případ spisovatele Heinricha Mannaa herečky a šansoniérky Marleny Dietrichové.
V našem pořadu zazní, co je učinilo nesmrtelnými – ukázky z Mannova románu Profesor Neřád a řada melodií, které Marlene Dietrichová nazpívala ještě ve své vlasti a pak v emigraci.🎭

Men–men–men / Mann-er – Männer – Männer
This year is rich in commemorations of everything related to Nazism and the Second World War. At times, it might even seem that amidst all the information about the horrors of that era, we lose sight of those who – in Germany itself – were opponents of Hitler and great democrats.
Among them were many prominent artistic figures, regardless of ideological or artistic orientation. All the more interesting are the stories of those who managed to come together artistically across the boundaries of style and genre.⚖️
📚This was also the case of the writer Heinrich Mann and the actress and chansonnière Marlene Dietrich.
Our program will reveal what made them immortal – excerpts from Mann’s novel The Loyal Subject and a selection of melodies that Marlene Dietrich sang, both in her homeland and later in exile.🎭
